These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at patriotscarefund.com (the “Website”), operated by Patriots Care Fund (“Patriots Care Fund,” “PCF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. About Patriots Care Fund
Patriots Care Fund is a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, dedicated to supporting service members, firefighters, first responders, law enforcement officers, and disaster relief personnel who are caring for aging parents. Information on the Website is provided for general informational and charitable purposes.
2. Eligibility

Donations made through the Website are governed by separate terms. One-time donations are subject to our Terms of Donation, and recurring monthly gifts are subject to our Recurring Donation Pledge Agreement. By making a donation, you agree to the applicable document in addition to these Terms.

The Website may offer forms that allow you to express interest in volunteering, apply to become a beneficiary, or submit a corporate sponsorship inquiry. Some forms may be hosted through third-party services such as Google Forms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. 7. Intellectual Property
Except for content you submit, all content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, the Patriots Care Fund name and marks, images, and design — is owned by Patriots Care Fund or used under license, and is protected by intellectual-property laws. The Website relies on third-party services, including our donation platform, Donorbox, which processes payments through Stripe. The Website may also contain links to third-party websites and social-media platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The Website and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 10. Limitation of Liability

In all cases, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable donation documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and Patriots Care Fund regarding the Website.
